Order Process: Orders are placed through direct contact with our sales team. All orders are subject to acceptance and verification of credentials.
Pricing: All prices are quoted in applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes unless specifically stated.
Payment Terms: Payment is required before shipment unless alternative arrangements have been made for institutional accounts. We accept bank transfers and institutional purchase orders from qualified entities.
We ship worldwide to qualified research facilities. Delivery times vary based on destination and customs clearance. PEP LIFE is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
We warrant that our products conform to the specifications provided in the Certificate of Analysis at the time of shipment when stored and handled according to our instructions. This warranty is limited to replacement of defective products or refund of the purchase price, at our discretion. We make no other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Due to the nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Claims for damaged, contaminated, or incorrect products must be made within 7 days of receipt with supporting evidence. All approved returns or replacements are at our sole discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PEP LIFE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products.
